what would be the best exhaust set up for my 95 gt with equal shorty headers. i live in houston but dont care about emissions. im alsso looking for something loud and affordable for a college student budget.
ive been thinking offroad x's, and dumping the exhaust after the mufflers.
any ideas will help
thx

Well definitely an Off-Road X or H pipe if you don't need to worry about emissions, it will be cheaper and give you a couple extra HP as well, as for Cat-back that is up to you, loud and affordable is easy, like you said you can just bolt up any 2 mufflers and be done with it.

if you dont plan on running tails, get pypes violators, they sound awesome, but fit like ****

with my o/r pipe, they were loud as hell

I've got a Pypes O/R X and Flowmaster 40's dumped at the axle. It sounds good and throaty, some people think it is too loud (wrong). I wish it were louder, but the only way that is going to happen is with some serious engine work, which I have no money for (in college)...
