Default Switching from Fuel injected to carb help

I think its gonna be more cost effective to switch over from fuel injected to carbed, i already have an edlebrok 1409 600cfm carb.
After buying injectors, tune and chip burnt im gonna be spending more money then i want to. My dad knows carbs much better and said it would be easier and then he could tune it.

So my question is what lower manifold would be the best suitable for my car.

I have twisted wedge heads and a trickflow stage 2 cam.

along with the edlebrock 1409 600cfm.

Any help would be appreciated thanks

I had the Air Gap on my 71... It worked great when I was stock compression and when I was 11.5.1 and a stroker. I love the air gap.
