Default QA1 Tubular A Arms

Im replacing my rear CAs and shocks, and was gonna go the front struts too, and figured I might as well do the front A arms too. I was looking on Summit and they have the QA1s, and I saw the Granatelli's dont work without a tubular K member. Anyone have the QA1's or any inexpensive tubulars they recommend?

What are you looking to spend? A good set will be at least 200.00++ PA Racing makes ones that will work w/ your stock stuff. Are you going to coil overs or retaining the stock style springs?

I wanted to go coilover but dont have the funds atm. I came up on some new KYB AGX adjs for the front, and bought some for the back with the C/As. I figured while I was talking the front apart to replace the strut, might as well? Are the advantages that great? I know itd lose a little weight, but is it worth it?

Maybe just new balljoints? idk

The tube c/a's aren't gonna net ya much if that's all you're doing. I would save up and do it all at once. Be aware though, going to coil overs is gonna be much harsher ride than what you have now.

if you've done every mod you can think of then go to the tubular / coil over set up and a good rate to get that will give you the best of both worlds is at least a 175 rate spring

Well my car is a driver, not a strip car, so Im not going that direction if thats what you mean. I prefer the twisties more than straight, but I didnt know(couldnt see any reason) if tubulars would stiffen anything up more than the stockers. I got tubular rear C/As, because I read that those DO stiffen things up.

I guess the A Arms will wait til I get a K member as well. Thats all weight reduction anyway, right?
