Anyone of us can get that, dont do heavy lifting, use appropiate lifts and partners to minimize the load.

This is common and will shut you out of your career PERMANETLY for Life.

Such as I said with my fathers masonry business $160k/year was gone

. It's not always the weight, it's the persons ability to lift it to and how their body responds to the wear and tear.
