Default t-5 price

i got a t-5 out of my 92 lx 140k works fine....do you thing its worth $400 or should i try to get more?

when I look for used t-5 I won't pay more than 250.00 but I see them go for close to 400.00 on ebay often in used condition which in my opinion is a joke, but clean it up and if it doesn't grind I'm sure you can get close to that

so the guy came over today to pull the trans but had trouble getting out the 2 bolts that connect the tranny to the bellhousing on top ..is there a special tool to make it easier ....would it be easier to get to with the headers and hpipe off?

i take off the h-pipe you can leave the headers on

agreed take exhaust off and then your fine and 400 for a high mile used t5 i agree take it and run, **** for that why dont u pull it out for them...

its called a swivel or a swivel socket would work.

ive payed 150 for a t5 that worked fine and the guy guaranteed me that if it grinds then he will get me another one.. 400 is a lot so if someone is willing to pay that then def sell it to him

thanks guys ..i actually crawled under there last night to take a look ...he was going to get a mechanic to do it but i think ill just do it for him so that the mechanic doesn't try to sell him one cheaper...
