how ignorant is this
so im sittin in the dunks drive thru about to place my order. im looking straight ahead and all of a sudden i see this drink fly thru the air and its coming right towards my car. SPLASH it hits my hood and coffee goes everywhere!
i get out of my car and start looking for some little punk. i dont see any1 and as im gettin back into my car this like 16 year old girl comes out crying shes like im sorrrryy i didnt mean to hit u blah blah im like well atleast clean the **** off my car so she does.
turns out she works there so i ask for a manager. i told her i didnt like having **** thrown at my car especially by an employee. she said that there was nothing she could do and mentioned that the girl already apoligized.
needless to say i was stunned and will never go back there again and i will be filing a complaint to a regional manager who better ****ing do something...

I woulda demanded the girl get suspended or fired, it is totally uncalled for..., its not like she was handing it to you and it slipped out of her hand and splashed allover....

i did nothing to provoke this. i was simply just waiting in the drive-thru, i had not even placed an order yet...
like i said the girl was basicly in tears when i confronted her, and she was definitely jail bait.. for me atleast lol.
no damage was done and she did wipe it off. but like.. waht the ****???? so confused..
