i was looking at hoods from cervini and i was noticing the lift off hoods are about half the price as the regular. who has used lift off hoods? are they as much off a pain to put on and off as id imagine they'd be?

if you dont mind having hood pins on all 4 corners, or a bunch of dzus fasteners, then go for it, IMHO they should only be used on full race cars

Im another one who doesnt really like the way that they look. For a drag car, thats another story. Look for a used one, best option

Or wait til Cervinis is at some sort of local event, its usually about a hundred dollar price difference.
