what is best dumped or tail pipes in your fox bodys

Ive never ran tail pipes but im running dumps before the axle and i love em.

I liked the sound of dumps a lot, just like the look of tail pipes better on a LX. If I had a GT and the same exhaust I have now(flowmaster 3 chambers, O/R X pipe), I would dump it again.

love the looks of the tail pipes on an lx. but love the sound of turn downs... Mine are turned down and have been on all my fox bodies

Yes..in most cases you will smell more fumes. A good cure although not 100% is to get new weather stripping all the way around...it really helps with the fumes.

On a stock car it's basically just what sound you like. They may make a small difference with the free flowing exhaust if the engine is built.
