Default what mods should be next?

Hey guys. Right now my current mods are an off road midpipe, catback, underdrive pullies, shifter and intake...what else would you guys suggest? I really want to get mid to low 13's on a budget. Right now I'm thinking headers and gears...if I'm a good driver what should I get to get to low 13's if I want to stay NA and don't want to go the H/C/I route just yet.

gears would be a good thing to do, 3:73s as well as some headers, BBK unequals, even Summit brand (same as BBK, just no name on them) are dirt cheap those factory headers stink...

also a sticky tire will help you get there too. suspension, like U/L control arms, drag springs/shocks, removing the front swaybar,(helps the car transfer weight to the back will also help you for the 1/4

So say I have the following...(I know you guys hate threads like this sorry!)

Long tubes, off road mid pipe, catback, underdrive pullies, shifter, intake, 3.73s or 4.10's some nitto drag radials, and u/l control arms

approx where would I be at in the 1/4 if I am a good driver?

That should get you to a 13.8-.9 if you can drive. I would expect your mph to be decent, probably around 97mph. You could bolt on a Cobra Intake manifold to help your car breath more in the upper rpm.

mid to low 13's if you hook. ive heard those nitto's dont bite hard so you might have traction issues. i'd say if you did the above build with the MT's and u/l controls arms you easily hit a low 13 without even abusing the crap out of your tranny.
