i haven't heard from him in a few weeks. still no word on what was wrong :/
and don't worry guys i'm not gonna race anyone until i know its running at 100% and i'm not even gonna carry the bottle in the car for the first 1k miles.

you might want to inform us a little more on the cam...

either way, if your cam isnt retarded big or retarded small (relitively) then youll prolly take the win light. I dont see him getting you on the 60' or catching after. Id guess you could pull a quick 1.70-1.9x (my money is on 1.75 if your good)

What has your times been like thus far?
Any idea on your buddy's?

stock. rebuilt about 20k ago with a shift kit and its got a cooler and 3k stall converter.


and yeah he's done all this work work but left the trans/rearend stock. It took him over 2 years to get it all done, the thing sounds nasty but doesn't seem to pull nearly as hard as mine did.

I think you can take him... the rpm air gap intake doesn't perform well with the 650 carb... well mine sure as hell doesn't.

should be a fun race though =D
