My '83 ran best of 14.67 @ 93 Mph with a 2.2** 60' (I'm working on the driver mod ) without the new BBk's, but I doubt that would make a big difference. It's slow, but better than a Hyundi . Good luck at the track, run the bag off it like it was born to do!

And screw the the e7's go with at least GT40's.
When I refer to AOD, I'm thinking Automatic!...Overdrive has nothing to do with the track, only the streets...I was just refering to the fact that the car is an automatic!

...Well I guess he has sometime to prove, NOW go do it, and best of luck

I agree with you on the heads, e7's just the cheapest way to go, IMO I would go with some Edelbrock Performer RPM's or some AFR 165's if the sky was the limit....

they did something like that...i believe they took out the ac, power steering, smog, put in an electric fan, mac's air chamber mass air system, exhaust, gears, skinnies and bigs, rear suspension...and they have a low mile 5.0

i believe they did it...

anyhow, i think 14's is very capable...its gonna be all on the take off...

You should try and come down to Ft. Hood after training. We need more fox body lovers down here. Everyone has newer stang here bc they have to have new cars for some reason lol.
