i doubt ill be ready for racing by spring. i was hopin early fall cause im also going to paint this car again in the summer.

i was happy with how it came out but there was some stuff i didnt see until after i was mostly done and by that time i realized i didnt like the color. so i figured i'd start all over this summer and go flat black. thats AFTER i get my heads and cam in. first things first!

lol......just trying to max my 347 combo to it's fullest street/ strip potential without having to use the bottle.....make no mistake the bottle stays and with it, it is as fast as I built it and wish it to be, but having all motor make sit all the more fun

yea i agree. i wanna get close as i possibly can to 11's NA with my 66 heads all built and the xe270 cam. this guy that is friends with my neighbor says hes seen a very smiliar build before to mine and it was high 11's all day. so that'd be my goal.

my B cam, that i have in now, doesnt start to pull till about 3k up to redline. my friends 92 has a xe270, gt-40 tube intake and AFR 165's and his pulls hard through the whole RPM range. so im just gonna assume when i install my 66 heads with the xe cam it should pull really hard down low and stay pretty constant throughout the whole RPM range. i guess only time will tell. i'll have both the heads and cam in after i get my tube K member in this winter.
