first thing I'd do it unhook the msd box and just use the stock ignition system..make sure it isn't the msd box itself, the stock ignition doesn't even need the msd box to work, all the msd box is doing is amplifying the spark pattern and output

+1 on the ^^^^... I too had starting/spark problems, took the MSD 6BTM out, returned to stock set-up and solved the problem...MSD had a internal problem with a fuse....

OK, Replaced the TFI with a new unit from Murrays and the car runs like a champ again
Thanks for the help
Also the parts tech had mentioned the TFI modules are common to go bad at least twice a year
Anyways, I'm running strong and thats all that matters

Damn you beat me to it. I was gonna mention your TFI. Them getting hot and going bad is one of the reasons ford moved them to the fenderwell on the 94-95's. Congrats though.

Thick Film Integrated IV module, mounted on the distributor is controled by the EEC IV.
It took the place of the Duraspark II system which is not.
