tore it apart this morning and it turns out it wasn't the input shaft I think it was 3rd gear that was so messed up including another gear on the bottom shaft I'll post the pics of it when i get home can't do it right now cause I'm at work

it goes in order, biggest gear nearest the tailshaft is 4th all the way up to 1st the tiny one on the input. how was it messed up? teeth knocked off? come on TELL ME MOAR!!!

and I forgot to tell ya'll that somewhere along the last coupla months the trans case was busted

let me change that not cracked but broke the top ear on the driver's side where the trans. mounts to bellhousing

holy **** bro!! you man handled that bish. you got some upgrades you need to take case of for sure! you killed your second gear and it looks like you have some scuffs on 3rd and your counter shaft is F'ed up! haha congrats on gernading a T5. lol!!!

all your syncros are rounded off too it looks like. you need a rebuilt kit, gear set..id just upgrade 1st 2nd and 3rd plus your counter shaft....dude that thing is mangled....id edit my last post but my comp is hella F'd up and it wont do what its supposed to. lol. time to head to OT for some comp advice!!
