what could cause my tps to read really high even at the lowest setting. i took it if off the TB and its reading 4.52. what all could cause this?

yea KOEO and im checking the middle green wire. im doing a swap from my 91 gt to my 90 notch i went from an automatic to a stick. i have used everyting from my old car. now my tps is reading way to high and its ideling around 3000 rpm

uhh yeah thats a little too high try reseting the tps down to around .980 or so at idle...

thats the lowest i can get it to go. thats the reading im getting with the tps off the TB. what could cause it to read that high.
