spark plug gap
 
i have a stock 1990 mustang gt and i want to know what is the propper gap for it i was told .54 and .50 but i would like to make sure what is the best gap to gap it thanks.

.054 should be factory

0.054 correct for that year 5L Mustang, but I always gapped mine at 0.050 on stock applications...

could you lose power if their gapped smaller idk like .035:o

i would think so. u might not get the proper combustion in the cylinder. i always gap mine at .052
