Default estimated hp and quarter mile time of gt40p motor

I know it is hard to come up with numbers like that. I was just wondering if someone has close to the same setup as me and has tested it before. I still need to do the valvetrain on mine though cam, roller rockers, springs. as i still have my engine all original explorer.

my setup is:
1990 LX hatchback 5-speed, complete 1998 explorer engine gt40p heads and intake, mac ceramic headers, x pipe no cats, flowmasters, msd coil

if anyone has a setup like me id like to know what you did performance wise to the motor not to copy anyone just get different ideas.

I agree but that what it was on street tires and 373 gears. Engine had 55K on it, runs good, sounds good. I've never worked on the car as far as performance work goes but did some AC work on it. Has long tubes, flowmasters and some ignition upgrades, T-5. I can take my wifes 03 4.6 and smoke him like a pack of kools. The potencial is there but he hasnt made it happen yet. High 13's seem to be the norm in my area for mild 5.0 Fox bodies.

I think it's just like it was when it came out of the explorer. Last time were were at Darlington dragway (a few weeks ago) the car seemed to have a little more thump in the exhaust (maybe an E cam) but he was still running about the same ET's. My wife cut the light on him and he lost to her running a 13.81 to her 13.10. I think he had a bad 60ft time and I had the wife on M/T Drag radials. His trap speed was still like 103.8 (I think)

see what you think about how mine sounds its still has the explorer cam in it which ive heard should be replaced as it is a truck cam. mine sounds pretty thumpy but it definetely got way more thump with the off road x pipe.
