mgw owners read please

i just recieved mine i ordered the dust boot with it but my question is does the rubber ring go on the bottom of the shifter? and the shift stops is adjusted after i install it right?

yeah u will be fine adjusting the stops after u put it in thats how i did my tri ax and b&m
