just picked up a gt-40 intake

also do i have to put the egr on, like can i bolt the tb straight to the intake. also were is the act and do you have to drill a hole for it. i read on some article were he mentioned this but im not for sure?

your tb will bolt right on. For the ACT, you,ll have to have the boss #5 tapped to a 3/8 NPT (National Pipe Thread). The bit to drill it out was like $20 and the tap was $15. I had a machine shop do it for $20. You'll have to drill a hole in the lower intake if you want to connect the EGR coolant lines.

You may want to blow it out with a air hose in case there would be something in side the plenum because you dont wanna suck it down the engine.
