I have a noise in the dash, kind of a ticking sound and i have tried to trace it and the thing i keep coming back to is the speedo cable, because it stops when you slow down to about 15 mph. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions. thanks

I've had the same problem for awhile, I thought mine was the speedo cable, but i'm pretty sure it the speed gear in the cluster, since i can hear it w/ windows rolled up. I hear that changing the gear is a pita.

You can try removing the cable and lubing the inside drive part. It comes out of the sheathing.
