Either off road h or o/r x pipe will be a big difference compared to the stock exhaust. i have the h pipe and i've had it for years and i'm prob gonna get an x pipe soon. i think everyone should try both at one point or another in there life.

BBK Longtube Ceramic Headers, BBK OffRoad H pipe, 2 Chamber Flowmasters, Stock LX tailpipes.
That is a beautiful setup. Looks very moderate since you can see the headers peeking out from the bottom of the car behind the wheels and the nice lx pipes remain the same.
Dont let people tell u anything about flowmaster, they sound awesome and are cheaper than most mufflers. Thats good enough for me.

Sounds like something is wrong, or you don't have a full h/c/i ?
We have the E-303 in ours, it lopes and we still have gobs of low end power.
never said it sounded bad, but it's just such a typical sound, try to be a little different. Especially since she has a specialty model, make it stand out from the rest.

Eddy, if you just do an exhaust with no ignition mods or timing bump you'd be lucky to see 15 whp. After I bumped my timing up to 13 degrees the car felt like a whole different animal.

If you want something loud get a thrush welded muffler. I have one on my truck and i just a little bit quieter with it on than with no muffler. On a car that nice I would get the stainless ones http://store.summitracing.com. That's cheap for a stainless muffler, you could barely buy a aluminized flowmaster for that. You can buy a aluminized thrush for $30. Also instead of a getting a K&N air filter you may want to get a cold air intake, that will make it sound better too.
