just ordered some gears

Default just ordered some gears

kinda excited so i figured id let yall know. i ordered the 3.73 total install kit from 50resto. i cant get them installed for a couple of week, due to the installation fee,lol but it will be soon

few questions, will i actually see a diffrence in the gear swap. and will i see a diffrence in e/ts?

gears will always make a difference expecially when going from 3.08's or 2.73's

If you have tires that grip than maybe you'll see an improvement. The gears are going to make launching a lot harder at first because you won't be used to them so you'll probably just light the tires up. Like mjr said, if you are going from 2.73s or 3.08s you should feel a really noticeable gain from the butt dyno.

...Should notice a big difference with the 3.73's...make sure to get a 23 tooth speedo gear!

You will love them. Ever since i got the 4.10s in my car i highly recommend anyone to do that as one of their first mods.

Dang i cant wait. i got the FRPP kit cause thats what most people get.

Thanks for the tip timespony, is the 23 tooth is the closest one for the 3.73s correct. also my speedo dont work at the time how do i go about checking to see if it the speedo cable.

One more ?, on 50 resto the speedo cable comes with or without crusie control, my car had cruise but changed the steering wheel and cut the line, which one do i buy?

3.73's do make a big diffrence from stock i just had mine installed and now i need tires cause ever since i got them on there all my car does from 1st thru 3rd is peel out, i need more grip also make sure they install them right

Ya dude! I went to the FRPP 3.73's and an eaton possi... man o man! made the biggest "fun" difference in my car to date! once I get the stroker in we'll see! lol but ya and I went from 2.73's so I made a big jump
