ya know, I know they say carbed is cheaper, but I can't see much difference....I mean a good carb intake runs slightly under 200....then the carb is gonna cost 300 easy....that puts ya at 500

Cobra intakes run 350 new, then a throttle body is under 100, I know injectors are more, but with my relatively mild combo I shouldn't need higher than stock.

Ya'll are more than welcome to give me the pros to each.....maybe an carb/intake combo you guys are running?

btw, orange injectors.....which are those?

If you already are EFI, I'd stick with it IMO. But I still say there is nothing wrong with carbs.

rockers are most likely ford racing ones, is there a b351 stamped on the top anywhere??.......carb, efi ...either one works, both have advantages and disadvantages, whatever floats your boat , go with it

I'll look in the morning and let ya'll know about those RRs....don't remember seeing anything stamped anywhere right off hand.....just shocked to see green ones and then the scrapes on one of them ???

I'm still debating about a 351w.....only thing that worries me is buying one, then having to rebuild it, when I could have saved that money spent on the 351w and stroked the 302......decisions decisions....

I'll keep you guys posted tho

^^^^^like stated above they are annodized blue, and the reason they appear greenish to you is the wear and age of them, trust me brand new they were originally a more blueish color

might just be re-anodized.

- if you really love 302's, then stroke one but a 351 will always have more room to grow, and you can bore/stroke those as well much further than the 302. Just a thought.
