Question Can anyone help me with my 86 5 speed???

Whats up everyone...

I own a 1986 5 speed Fox Body Lx the o rings on my pistons are leaking and the suspension also needs attention. I was wondering if i should rebuild my engine and how much would something like that cost or should i just buy a new engine to put in instead. If anyone can direct me to where i can get this type of info would be great.

Suspension: I Checked Summit Racing and other websites from mustang magazines about the suspension but i dont know which one to purchase can anyone make any recommendations on which brand is good. Right now the front springs are cut and the rear is stock. I'm not trying to fully race out my mustang just trying to get it to a nice drop look so i dont scrape on speed bumps. Once again any advice would help from anyone to help me out.

eibach pro kit, H&R super sport springs and Steeda springs will give you a nice drop. also make sure you get new struts, KYB sell a full set for around 180.

as far as the engine, the '86 motor is a pig to begin with, you'll be better finding a motor out of a later 5.0 or a 5.0 explorer and putting it in there.

White smoke from under the hood ? Are you leaking coolant onto something ?
