That sucks,maybe spacers? how fast is your car? that might not be a good idea.

On my 92 notch I have the same issue. At the drags last year I had to take off my quad shocks to mount my slicks (26x10). Got them mounted, set at 12 psi, did my burnout and made my first run. got back and i had a line cut into the drivers side slick about a 1/4 inch in, the whole way around...

... I assume when it flattens out it's cutting on the fender. Any ideas (sorry to steal your thread)???

thats weird i had lots of room.. only place it got a little tight was by the quad shocks since they were 12" wide overall.

maybe the GT's sit lower in the rear or something..

Take off the tire and massage the shiny spots on the inner well w/ a BFH! It's not hard to do.

There is alot more rubbing than what you guys think, i doubt id make it out of my driveway before they got sliced open...i dont have the quad shocks or anything. Just sucks that they worked for other people but not on mine

I got some pics, from the black line down is where the tire rubs...any suggestions? Im thinking mini tubs, i really dont wanna use spacers on a 4 lug.
