Default Good trade? Heads

Ive got a set of AFR 165 heads I need to get rid of to get bigger heads and somebody offered me a set of these in trade:
http://www.dndmotorsports.com/?page=...ce4e03d2c28f4b

Now Im thinking these are some kind of offbrand junk and theyre kinda cheap new but maybe theyre ok heads? Theyll be going on a 347.

Any thoughts or info?

He said theyre the same as Edelbrock Victor Jr's.

I thought they were junk right away but wanted to clarify that.

The fact that theyre a bigger head and sell for $600 less new scared me off.

Seems pretty cheap for a 210 head, I'd pass.

Not by a long shot. When you get ready for the 347 sell the 165's. They will bring excellant money and for good reason. It's an excellant head. Take what you get for the 165's and add about 400 to it and get a set of 185's for your 347. I have no experiance with these heads that you posted but I do know what a quality head the AFR is. I like Edelbrok heads as a starting point for porting because they are thick castings but I've seen a set of AFR 185's outflow Edelbrock 210 Victor Jr's right out of the box from .100-.600 lift so don't think just because it has bigger ports that it flows as well.

Don't get hosed in this deal by some unknown product when you holding the better hand in the deal.

Edelbrock vic. jr's are crap, so if those are like them... double crap. Want some E7's? J/K!
