What's it worth?

What's it worth?
I just got a phone call from my Father. He has a customer looking to purchase a 400hp engine for a car. My Father has a 1964 Falcon vert, that is in pretty dam fine shape, but it is numbers matching 6cyl car. But the guy wants my father to put a bad SBF in it. Fastest car the possible buyer has ever driven was a factory TT Stealth. So I am quite positive that my 347 in the Falcon would be more than enough power for him. My question is, how much do you all think I should ask for the complete engine carburetor to pan, flexplate to balancer. Water pump and alternator included, belt with billet Alt. bracket. Ready to run, even gonna leave him the dizzy with wires attached to correct plugs. My other option is to sell him my Engine/Tranny combo. 347 with Redneck "loaded"C4, ready to go. I am keeping my MSD 6AL, but letting the dizzy go because it will not work with my 408 build anyways.
I was thinking $3500-$4000 for complete engine and I was thinking about $5500-$6000 for entire driveline. I have about 75 miles on it.Tell me what you think.

Stock block, 30 over, had the block deck milled a few thousandths just to be sure it was straight. Hawks nodular iron 3.4" crank, Hawks forged 5.315" bushed I beam rods, Mahle forged Flat tops all balanced with in 1/10th of a gram. SFI approved fluid damper and flex plate. Comp Cam XFI236HR, .579 lift both ways and advertised duration is 286I and 300E. ARP studded top and bottom with main girdle. Pro Comp aluminum heads, 190cc heads w/ 1.6 RR on 7/16th studs 2.10" tall. Victor Jr. Holley 750cfm carb. under drive pulleys, billet alt. bracket. 1 wire 130amp Alt. MSD Pro Billet dizzy. Tall polished aluminum valve covers, K&N air cleaner with flow through top. I'm sure I'm missing something but if you need to know more, let me know.
The guy will need a running engine. So I will sell him all of it for the right price. My car ran what's in my signature earlier this month. So there ya go. Budget built combo that performs.

here's a couple of pics. I have others during assembly, but they are on my myspace page, and I'm not a myspacer. You can look them up @ myspace whatever/bigchris347 and that would be me.
