Default 04 Mustang rear seats into a fox

Has anyone done this, is it possible and if so can anyone give me any pointers or point me to a write up. The fronts and rears are leather, the fronts will bolt right up. Thanks for any help.

I can tell, I did find some pics on another site that utilizes all of the 04 hardware so that is a start.
