have no power under load above 3000+ rpm

revs fine out of gear & in 1st. But 2,3,4th just seems to shut down between 3000-3500. Will not rev above this rpm. I just got the car(had been wrecked). My first drive was fine then this occured. any help would be appreciated.

Yes, misses badly. I had to replace the left o2 sensor recently. I had only ran it approx. 30 mins. like this. would that be long enough to foul some plugs?
