If you wanna drop your fox, get some 4 banger springs for cheap and do it. I did it to my wifes vert on the front and it has a nice rake to it now.

thanks, and rubbing wasnt an issue from lowering, even with the 10.5s in back. however on a full crank turn, i cant remember which but one side i had noticed a long time ago looked like it had rubbed on the control arm. but that was before the lowering and its not any worse now, plus i just remember to not go full crank.

Being that the stock springs are linear rate cutting them shouldn't have much effect on the ride. Like mentioned I probably wouldn't cut much more than a coil. Also don't be surprised if your stock struts wear out faster once you drop the car, and get an alignment or you'll chew up your tires.

1 coil in the front and 1 1/2 to 2 coils out back....Always worked good for me, gotta love having cheap friends..

Pros = lower ride

Cons = you can **** up and then youre in touble

Theyre really cheap for a used set on fleabay... check it out or your local CL

I cut mine and my ride is pretty good. I got a little greedy with it but it looks good,
I just gotta watch out for high spots in the road. It handles alot better now. I dropped 2 1/4 inches all the way around.
