scrap the nitrous and add the money for that to a gt-40 h/c/i and with minimal suspension mods and tires you should hae mid to low 12's as long as you can drive

Any weight reduction helps, add gears (and don't fear it) + Dave's hardware and suspension tuning....... and better be ready to explain some WTF questions.

$4000 for a turbo kit +$1000 on suspension/wheels/tires=low 11 second car. maybe better if its a stick and you can drive it.

nice...i may just get suspension mods when i get it then...So far i have the choice between an 88 5.0 that wont start(he says that its a bad fuel pump) and a 93 5.0 that has a tranny problem...both for around $1k

spray a lil carb cleaner or starter fluid in the TB of the one that doesnt start. if it sputters off trying to start, its a fuel issue.

I remember seeing a chart a while back that had my car listed as a factory 13.9 second car.

nope, it was a poster. I was about 15 years old when I seen it. The only reason I remembered it was because my father bought one that year. 0-60 6.2 and 1/4 mile time was 13.9.
