Silver is a tough color to paint and get even (or it was for me) when I was doing my own paint work.

thats true, its easy to get modeling least if i spray silver thats what i have trouble with

Here is my 1998 Honda Valkyrie. It's 2001 Plymouth Prowler Orange. It's a seet color that won't bankrupt you. I painted my 68 Camaro the same color.

Wow, thanks for the replies. I'm not too concerned about how hard it will be to hide imperfections. I plan on taking my time with all the body work, so I'll do waht it takes to make it come out nice. I've done some nice rattle can jobs on other smaller things anyway, and I also will have a spare hood and wing that I can practice on a few times.

As far as that orange, that's a littel brighter. I was thinking more of a burnt orange/copper look, and then maybe a flat black type stripe or accent. But I'm not positive on that yet, seems like it'd be kinda sweet. Or maybe like ghost black stripes?

Lol I dunno, I'm just throwing ideas out there. Maybe I'll play with photoshop a bit and see what I can come up with. Anybody have a decent high res pic, maybe front angle shot, on a nice fox. Maybe some nice wheels on it, but anything will do, as long as it's somewhat High res.
