ok jus wondering chadn70 what tranny u even have in ur car . i have c4 in my 93 gt vert with 3.55's and that seems to be plenty i had to drive car down interstate on way home and **** i was gettin passed by every one cuz i really didnt wanna tach it to much and to long of a period of time . and i think those 3.55s threw my speedo wayyyyyyyyy off lol . i can get it up to 135 like nothing but im thinkin its least 15 or 20 off .

^^^^your speed is way off!! not hit 135 with a c-4 and 3.55's with out taching some serious rpm

well according to my tach and my speedo even tho its way off when speedo said 135 tach said if thinkin right was round 5 or 5200 it was screaming but i didnt hold it there very long

lol with gear changes you can be screaming rpm's and your speeds will be completely different than what your used to. If your tach says 135, and you can pull to it "like nothing" then something is out of place. Did you change your speedo gears also when you did the gear swap? (to j3rry)

nope sure didnt . thats how i got the car . can i change my speedo gear in the c4 tranny if so what one would i need . it really dont bother me with speedo being off long as have tach im good but speedo could come n handy here n there lol .

well i have only had the car for 2 or 3 weeks and so far only drove it like 2 or 3 times . cuz had tranny out replacing flexplate and here in ohio/ind right on state line this damn snow sucks and im not bout to try to get car out in it lol

IMO 3.73 is the best gear for the street with a 5spd.
