need to buy a new clutch and not going to replace it with OEM so any opinions on which one is best? car is basically stock. Need something that will hold up but is decent to daily drive and wont break the T-5.
Thanks
heck my napa hd 110 dolla clutch has held up well to 5500 k launches.....heck if your not gonna be racing it, IMO no need to spend 4 to 5 hundred beans on a clutch
bang for the buck for me was the KC clutch , unlike some mine held up well for over 5 years and it still is okay, just figured while the motor was out I'd upgrade

I've seen some posted saying they like that clutch. But what all is involved in buying that? There seems to be lots of different things you need to buy for that.
If you got the time, could you link me to everything that is involved?

there isnt a lot but there is a lot you should do to make it worth your while
clutch kit
throw out bearing
(if its never been done) pilot bearing
steel bearing retainer
(if you are doing it yourself)alignments tool
should have your flywheel resurfaced
if your rear main seal or tailshaft bushing leaks do that too while its out.
Spec stage 2 clutch kit be perfect for you and can be had for 300 bucks very nice for the price you wont be disappointed comes with throwout bearing, pilot bearing, clutch assembly just need the bolts for the clutch and flywheel bolts, have your flywheel resurfaced or buy a reman flywheel for 80 bucks for a stock
