supercharger pulley clearence to fan and radiator?
ok guys well my classes were canceled for today (due to weather) and i have a 5 day weekend ahead of me and no work, so im packing and leaving for home shortly,
was hoping to get the car running this weekend!!!!!!
I wont be able to answer any other kinds of questions for a few hours as ill be driving but thsi is what i am dealing with
how do i go about clearencingg for that? was thinking about notchin the radiator support, so it would sit a little further back.....

Before I went any farther I would slip the serp belt on it to see if it lines up. It may be the angle you got the shot from but it looks as though the bottom pully may be out a bit too far. It could be this kit was designed around a performance balancer which sits in a bit more. It may just be the angle you took the shot from but it only takes a minute to check it out. On performance balancers (even Ford Motorsports) it requires a spacer to get the belt alignment correct. You may have to buy a balancer and not have to notch anything.
Here is an example of what I'm talking about. This is a Fluidampr Balancer with a March Steel underdrive pulley. It's out by 5/8 of an inch and requires a balancer spacer. You kit may have been designed around a performance balancer. But like I said it could be the angle of the shot thats throwing me off on your car.

you could always run a couple pro comp efans. take that huge old one you have out. i have a couple pro comp fans on my truck, they are about 2.5" thick and draw a lot of air. i paid $70 shipped for 2. id buy a new efan before i start hacking into the radiator support. not because its dangerous but because im lazy and new parts are always fun to install
here is a over head shot of the ones on my f150

problem with buying a new one is that i dont have money right now.... novi 2000's are expensive haha. I could wait a few weeks but then my dad would kill me cause he hates when i buy things twice
the way the fan is set up i cant mount it as a pusher. To tight/would also need to rewire the fan, and my wires are hidden so i would really like to not do that
im goign to go see if it lines up, but im pretty sure it does

hmmm, can you shift the fan left or right on the radiator?
worst case if you need to get slimmer fans, you can always sell your current one to offset the price...
otherwise I'm with Kyle, looks like that fan shroud can be slimmed...
