Wires behind the radio

i disconnected the wire from the long flat connector and all those wires are labeled as 12 volt constant power, illumantion dimmer, etc... but the wires on the connector that connects directly to the back of the deck doesn't have writting.
i assume this is the wiring harness, but how can i fig out which wires go to what. i would think its a generic plug, maybe someone out there has a wiring diagram for that? thanks
