what size tires should i get for my 17x9 cobra R's?

I agree although 245 could be a stretch for a 9" rim. Maybe do 255/40 up front if you want a lil shorter tire than the rear.

I would use a 255 instead of the 245. I have 245's up front on my 17x9 Cobra's and they are a little too narrow. Wish I would have got a 255 tire. Oh well, next set.

255's up front will rud if you are lowered! ...once in a while when I was moving pretty good, I would bottom out with the 245's on the drivers fender...FRPP C springs on my '91 GT....
