Default Bad juju

At 4500 rpm in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear my car cuts in and out like a rev limiter when I have it floored. If I let off a little bit it won't do it. And it is only after 4500. The IAC, dist. module, fuel pump, filter, pressure regulator, are all new. The engine is stock other than cold air and underdrive pulleys. The timing is set at 12 degrees. No cats, BBk headers. No power steering pump or A/C also. Any ideas ???? Thanks

Oh yeah I have no where to test it over 3rd gear, over 4500rpm without getting busted.

The 1st thing you should do is check for codes?

To read the codes by the number of flashes of the check engined light then yes it needs to be in there. YOu can read codes by hooking up an OHm meter but i'm not that familar with that way.

no, there is a test unit under the hood to test it. you dont need a cel light for there to be codes. +1 to check codes.
