id agree about the subframes.

if i remember right the steeda ones are pretty thin.

the ones im planing on getting is from "Maximum Motorsports"
they are really strong, and will help me alot.

great times though, im finishing up my mark 8 fan today, so i can let you know if i feel any difference.

i think its your set up suspension not just the subframes. cause i just have some 1x3 square stock or my subframes full length/w cross brace and welded up to the torque box.

when i make my rear soft(4) with a soft front(1) and low tire pressure the car twists so hard i can actually get one wheel to blip off the off the ground but kills my 60's ft. and i can feel the car plop back down. doesnt feel agressive or fast at all. then i set up the suspension stiff rear(8), soft front(2) and get a smooth rise and fall of the front end i have a small amount of spin, no twist and a much better 60' ft time. and feels so much more aggressive

my suspension is stock from what i can see, and its SO DAMN STIFF every tiny bump i hit feels like im smashing into a brick wall or something.

its REALLY annoying!

sounds like your shock/struts are junk... and your springs are now your shock absorbers. you should look into upgrading. the ride difference is night and day. my car use to feel like i hit a wall when it was just a piece of sand. lol! i know what you mean.

first off...302army187...your avatar is PERFECT...dont change it ever! lol

I have steeda full length subframes...zinc coated...they are pretty heavy duty and heavy...i think they are as thick as they make them...air bag will definately help...maybe my control arm bushings are worn too...i guess i'll do the upper and lowers first with some strange 10 ways and see how that works...the shock settings will help a bunch too im sure...
