How many quarts do i put in the 8.8 diff with a rear end support. and what fluid do you guys recommend.

Usually you fill until it comes out the hole.

And I believe royal purple has modifier already in it.

ya but i have two holes now one on the support and on the diff. what hole should i let it over flow out of. Now that i have the diff support does it hold more gear oil?

I would say the hole in the diff, but I'm not positive. I think the other hole might be for draining and inspecting ?

I second that. If you have the diff cover with the support thing on it, the hole on the diff cover itself is higher than the one on the front of the diff so you might overfill it.

2 quarts will fill er' up, and also like Explosive said Royal Purple also had the friction modifier in it

With the girdle cover you'll need approx. 3 quarts + friction modifer...RP has the friction modifer already in it!
