Default Looking for a brand new crate motor

I have a 88gt that I want a brand new crate engine for. I live in MI and was wondering if anyone knows someone reputable who could build me one. I don't want to reuse anything from what I have in there now. I'm looking for something in the neighborhood of 350 to 400 hp. I've been looking at crate motors from a few sites and don't really want to spend $10,000 if I can get it cheaper from somewhere else. The car is mainly gonna be for street use.

with that power range you could save alittle money by using your block, my suggestion would to just get a good 306 bottom end built and by the trickflow topend kit, it should put you in that neighborhood

I know I'm nowhere as knowledgeable or as good as Woodsy. I don't know what kind of budget you are working with either. But I have started to think about selling my long block due to the reasoning of wanting to build another engine combo. If you are interested let me know. My Father lives in Columbus Ohio and it would give me a reason to go to his house. My entire drive line has less than 200 miles and only 5 passes at the track on it. In my signature is my times and that is with the timing set @ 9* and running on pump gas.

My budget is around $6-8000. I do not want to reuse my old block or anything else, I just want to make it clear. I want it all new.
