Default Rattle sound from mufller

I replaced my catted x pipe for an o/r since one of my cats clogged up. Both x pipes are BBK and my cat back is a Magnaflow. I squirted WD40 into the driver side muffler pipe on the inlet side to loosen the pipe that connects it with the x-pipe and was clamped to the muffler. After I got everything back together, I took it out for a spin and after stomping on it, I heard a rattling blown out muffler sound coming from that same muffler. WTF happened? Did I mess something up or miss something? Any input is appreciated.

no spraying wd 40 would not hurt it. Is everything tight?

I'd try repacking the muffler bearing before I bought new ones but if it is a muffler bearing it should be addressed asap. Does it have a O pipe http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main?

^^^^you two are wrong for that. LMAO

It's either your muffler coming apart internally or you have an exhaust leak. One of the two.

I remember printing some of those things off last year and myself and my autos teacher played a prank on the kids in the small engines class. We got a kid to call car quest and ask for a muffler bearing lmao...

He was like, what ? Theres no such thing as a muffler bearing. I'm like yes, look I even printed off the one we need, then the teacher told him we needed it right away and he called lol....

I repacked the muffler bearings at the scheduled 20,000 mile check up about two months ago. The old ones were in good shape as I only street drive my car. Did I get some bad ones?
