Default R-Series or Track Heat

I currently have a street burner now and looking to do some upgrades
wonder what will be better the R-Series or Track heat I know both are better
in the higher RPM's than the street burner but will the R-Series be overkill or what
I need to get the most of what I got I have a Ford Racing crate 347 with edelbrock aluminum
heads I am going to stick with the trickflow cause I like it and I dont have to change the lower plenum. just pros and cons as far as power and drivability goes....

what edelbrock heads are on it??? if they are the rpm go with track heat since you have limited your selection
