Default My New 93 Roller

Well I finally got to go get my car saturday and get it cleaned out and get picks. I only paid $450 for it. I originally got it for the 5 speed parts and to use the floors out of it but with the way its looking now I may end up refixing the front end and driving it. One of the biggest highlights is that it has 275/60's on the turbines on the rear! But the front tires are pretty shot. The underbody is in great shape, just dirty. Its stock everywhere I can see except for the swaybar bushings.

The bad, the welds on the frame are crappy at best. they used a butt load of bondo to smooth out the areas where they welded it together. The funniest part that I seen is they used about 1/2 inch of bondo to extend the cowl out to match the gaps for the hood because they didn't get the length of the engine bay right.

The car is originally from cali and it did have a theft problem. I found glass in the body on the driver side from a busted quarter window AND It also came with a magic switch!!!! A previous owner wired in a switch to cut out the inertia switch.

Enjoy and be nice please

The magic switch!!

That sway bar is MASSIVE, at least compared to my 83's

That is one of the major reason I bought the car.
Reasons:
Bell housing
complete 5.0 suspension and rear (with stock 3.08's)
tranny (supposedly needs syncros)
clutch pedal assembly
15's with 2 good tires (better than my 14's with 4 bad ones )
a good floor
v8 brake setup

and a bonus
its a 93 so I can do my Fobra without swapping my 4 eye
I was hoping for a set of gears and lower control arms but no luck there

not bad...

so whats the plans?

cut the floors to fix yours and transfer over the v8 brakes and various bits your car needs?

I originally got to to swap everything over but the more I look at it the more I think I am gonna just redo the front end and get all the gaps and stuff right and make the engine bay look purty again
