Hell the only reason I got mine is because I got both the shift light and the tach for 40 bucks. Personally I'd rather have just the shift light, but what the hell.

Thats where I was planning on putting one if I get one. Where did you eventually hide the wires?

Does anyone know where you start to get dinged for visability interferance?

just ran the wires behind it in the crack, a lil bit of a pain but clean none the less.

the only part of the tach that starts to interfear with visability is the light, When installing the light sit in your seat and just play with different spots... that way you know were it will sit

i have a few qauges mounted in mine right on the dash shelf, some people dont like it much but it is in great view, easy to read, not in way of street view, and i get more compliments on it then i get people saying they dont like it...
sorry for the crappy cell phone pictures
and btw the gauge i have now has a shift light and i got rid of those ricey peddles and got some nice aluminum/carbon fiber ones instead.
