sorry no, yellow and black is my cars color scheme. When the boot is off the shifter is in the same spot. its stretches the rubber boot that far forward. without the boot on it goes about 1/8" into the shifter bezel.

I can't right now, im in the process of replacing the bumper and fender and headlights(some guy hit me, insurance just paid) and the car is at my uncles garage because i got everything off and didn't have time to put it on today. how I am explaining it is how it looks. I can get a picture up tomorrow though if I can't find an answer otherwise.

I would run it as is for a while without the bezel if you can't spend the dough on a new shifter now, but if you want the car to ultimately look nice, you should eventually get the right shifter. Or you can cut the bezel now and by a replacement when you get the right shifter. Don't half *** it man, you won't be happy in the long run.
