Default RX7's Suck (With complete and utter relevance) 56k is retarded to enter

Hey guys, first off, its been a while, might as well say hi, and give you guys a major update on what ive been up to

Some of you may remember a thread a while ago about a 5.0 swap into an 84 RX7, lets just say thats grown into something much cooler

basically, during the building of the engine, we had some ****e hit the fan, and so instead of a 5.0 we ended up building a 331 stroker, unfortunately due to lack of funds, it was decided to starve it with gt40 heads and an exploder intake and e303 cam. We also decided to make the thing into a blantantly awesome road racer here are pics of the engine build up

First off, you guys remember the donor car...

well, that thing got what was coming to it, and is bassically as follows

so after that, we deemed the block to be in okay condition, so we took it down and got it magnafluxed and bored .030

then, as per the blantantly awesome part, we painted it lime green

and the upper intake flat black with shiny plate and fins

so, with a lack of pictures, build up of the 306 started, only to find out, the ****ing pistons hit the crank... REDO ordered a 331 kit and started over, unfortunately, we couldnt afford a new top end =,(

anyways, with the kit we got some keith black pistons, along with the SCAT crank and rods.

we also painted the GT40s to make it LOOK like we could afford some aluminum heads
(gt40 in back, e7 in front)

basically, thats it for the engine, its assembled right now, but not for long, lol, if you read this and this is the only post, wait 10 minutes, more to come

okay now for the full update. The other day, me and James (my friend, the guy whos doing all this, im facilitating/building it) decided it would be cool to take the exhaust off the RX7 and **** off his neighbors, and well, turns out it had some rust on the frame and we didnt want to put a 400 horse V8 in it (WINK) nah, thats what we told our EURO/Jap car ***** friend. Really what we found was this

Its a 1931 Ford 5 window, yeah, told you there was a cool twist

after putting the chevelles rear wheels on, we got that **** into the driveway and started some sanding on the frame for teh derusting

Some Specs

Its an ORIGINAL 31 body, channeled 4 inches on an aftermarket frame with a 9 inch 4 bar out back and a 4 inch dropped front axle with hairpin radius rods, all those goodies. its got 17x8 hopsters out back with 265 tires and 15 by 5ish up front. Actualy, were planning on ditching the rears for some American racing 15/10 drag wheels with some old school coker white wall waffle edge drag radials (I.E the epitome of hot rod)

so yeah, finially an original fords getting the engine it deserves, no chevy junk for us...

Much cooler than an RX7, but the RX7 would have been more interesting IMO, just cause Ive never seen one being built.

yeah, but in the end, we would have gotten a widebody Rx7 that PROBABLY wouldnt have passed smog... plus, hot rods are cooler

well, the engines coming apart again (funds acquired so ill probably do that
