I'm aware this is a stupid question, at least it seems stupid to me...I'm just curious to see what kind of gas mileage you guys are getting in your stangs. Please list mileage along with mods. I'm just curious.

i just put gas in mine today and i figured it in my head but I think I got 18mpg but I ran it hard some. All I have right now is a cat back and the silencer removed.

i get right at 19 with mac shorty headers and a mac off road h pipe with 40 series flowmasters and 3.27 gears.and i have some sensors that dont work so i could probably do better.

16.5-18mpg half highway half city, and a heavy right foot.

88 aod then swapped to a 3550 vert(lx) headers, exhaust, cobra mass-air conversion, 24lb injectors, e-cam, ported e7's, roller rockers, e-fan, CAI, and 3.73 gears. w/cruise it got 22mpg hwy with the aod and the 5 spd.

90 (ssp) 5 spd(3550) coupe headers, exhaust, 3.73's and CAI no cruise 22mpg hwy

88 (ssp) 5 spd coupe headers, and exhaust, no cruise 24mpg hwy

89 5 spd hatch(lx) headers, and exhaust, no cruise 22-23mpg hwy

I used to drive between Iowa and Oklahoma alot, I never checked in-town mileage.

I stopped worrying about it 5 years ago when the modding started. I'll say this, I can watch the gauge go down as I drive any distance.

i fill it when the needle gets low.
but i do check mileage after major mods.

only gain so far was the mark 8 electric fan, gained atleast 1mpg
