I never thought i'd say this but I liked the one in the Fast and the Furious better. 21psi turbo and estimated 550hp at the crank? That much psi on a turbo Termy engine would have what like 800+ at the wheels? Cool idea, wrong engine; and like mentioned a very ugly paint job and interior.

you know what its not that bad because they didnt rip out a 5.0 for that engine it was only a 4 banger. those engines are pretty crazy and they did an awesome job installing it. i would rather see it in a 240sx but still. they did a nice job with the engine but the paint is ugly and those tail lights need to go. as for sound those engines sound pretty sick, kid at school had one pushing 650hp in a 91 240sx with a flowmaster on it lol.

I like skylines, and as long as this wasnt an SVO, im cool with it, yeah its ugly, but it works, and it sure as hell spins the hogs.

id love to see an AWD RB26DETT in it though, THAT would have been cool, this is just kind of meh

There have been several 5.0s put in 240s' and other jap rwd coupes in the last few years..... SO I guess It's time for some homage (so to speak......in a weird kinda way...)


Anyway, I like the car.

A fox is a super cheap, light weight, decent (recognizable) looking RWD platform. Expect to see more of things like this...... especially since ricers think they're counting some sort of a coup by stuffing any JDM motor into an american chassis....even though they've been putting V8s in all that **** for years......

If you really want to see a heartbraker check out the latest issue of Hot Rod Magazine. There in the center is a Toyota powered first gen Camaro. I sent them an email and told them if anything like that ever graced the pages of Hot Rod again I'd cancel my subscription.

Yeah it is, While it's not my car and it kind of bothers me to see a First gen Camaro go ricer it belongs to it's owner to do what he pleases. I'm just not going to pay that read about that crap in Hot Rod. I was so pissed about it I tore the pages 57-64 out with that car on it and sent them back to Hot Rod right to Ron Kinnen with a nice nasty letter that threatend to cancel all my subscriptions with Interlink Media if any of that crap shows up in a magazine I've been reading for nearly 50 years. I was so upset as I ripped the pages out I didn't even look to see the exact year of the car. Everybody I know who gets Hot Rod Magazine did the same thing I did and sent that part of the book back when I told them what I had done. I would have sent the entire thing back but there is a good article on my girl Shirley Muldowny in it.
