Default Results are in!!!

well i hope they dont move the thread because i wanted to share my new 1/8th mile times to all the people i talked to last time about what they thought
this is the second time i took the car since the new motor mods are
Gt40 irons, e303, 1.7rr, 1 5/8 lt's, 70mmtb, 75mm maf, 24#inj, tfs street heat intake, 3.73's and most importantly stock radial tires
Most people that replied said around 9.20 as well as most said i would never hit an 8 second time well couple of months ago i went and
fastest for the day which was only 3 runs
8.80 at 8?mph so i needless to say i was glad to prove some people wrong but i new the car had more in it

so the newest changes to the combo i added an electric fan, a fiberglass cowl hood, took out the sound deadener at the back hatch and under the seats, and added weld draglites 15x5 and 15x8 but i am still on stock radial tires, oh and i did put rear lower control arms
fastest of 3 runs yesterday
8.56@83.6mph I am very happy with the results especially on stock tires what do you guys think

my next ? is what mods do you think next i am thinking either an aluminum driveshaft and tubular k member or TFS twisted wedge heads what do you guys think? should i just see how fast i can take it with the engine like it is?

^ agreed get some slicks and try again. If your goals are 1/8 mile i would go with 4.10's and ditch the 3.73's.
